Slow but Sure Safaris has been in operation since 1992 as one of the first mobile safari operators in Botswana. Oscar Pusoetsile, founder of Slow but Sure Safaris, has been one of the guides driving the establishment of the Botswana Guides Association. Oscar has always been lead guide and till today, keeps a very close hand on all safaris and ensures standards are always met. His efforts have culminated in the new seasonal Riverside Camp in the Khwai Area.

Katie looks after the Slow but Sure Safaris office and the reservation department in Maun. Being born in a safari family, she has spent her life in the wilderness. As a result, she is one of the best safari architects in town, creating itineraries that will meet your wildest expectations.

Dicks is our lead camp assistant. He makes sure that your tent is put up impeccably, that your shower is filled with water at just the right temperature when you wake up in the morning. Dick looks after the camp and the guests as if it’ s family.
